The working principle of the Pipette pump is that the piston draws in liquid and antifreeze through the stretching movement of the spring. Part of the air is expelled under the push of the piston, the liquid is sucked in by the atmospheric pressure, and then the air is pushed out of the liquid in the piston. When pipette pump is used, if it is operated in accordance with the elastic characteristics of the spring, the speed and force of the moving fluid can be well controlled.

Standard operating procedures of Pipette pump
1. Set the fluid movement volume. When adjusting from large to small, use the normal adjustment method to rotate the scale counterclockwise. When adjusting from a small volume to a large volume, first adjust the scale clockwise to exceed the set volume, and then return to the set volume to determine the accuracy.
2. Assemble the Pipette tip. Insert the end of the straw into the suction head vertically, turn it left and right slightly, and then tighten it.
Note: It is not advisable to repeatedly hit the head with the Pipette tip. If you do this for a long time, the parts of the Pipette pump will loosen under a strong impact, and you will need to adjust the handle of the scale.
The thick liquid can be accurately moved by pre-wetting by the tip. First suck in the sample liquid, absorb the liquid on the inner wall, so that the surface adsorption is saturated, and then suck the sample liquid, the volume of the liquid will become accurate.
The forward suction liquid is a normal suction method. During operation, the suction liquid pushes the button into the first stage suction liquid and releases the button. When discharging the liquid, press the first section first to beat most of the liquid, and then discharge the filtrate according to the second section.
Reverse suction is to press the Pipette pump button directly on the second gear to release when sucking in. In this way, more liquid is sucked in, and when the liquid is discharged, you only need to press level by level. The sucked liquid can compensate the surface adsorption inside the tip. The reverse sucking liquid is generally used together with the pre-wet liquid absorption method, which is suitable for viscous liquids and volatile liquids.
