Saliva collection can be done simply by chewing a cotton swab. The saliva sample can be recovered by placing the swab back in the Best Saliva collector and centrifuging the entire tube. The Best Saliva collector guarantees a clean and hygienic saliva sample ready for analysis. Saliva samples collected in this way do not require freezing.

①. Before collecting DNA samples, within 30 minutes of collecting saliva DNA samples, do not chew food, drink tea, alcohol, smoke, chewing gum, etc. Relax your cheeks before spitting, rub gently for 30 seconds, and spit. Use cell oral mucosa shedding, saliva spitting, saliva DNA sample sampling tube.

②. Gently spit out the saliva secreted in the oral cavity to the collection port of the Best Saliva collector, and pay attention to try not to have too much foam in the saliva sampled;

③. Collect saliva until the saliva in the Best Saliva collector reaches the tick mark of 2ml;

④. Evenly fix the Best Saliva collector with the preservation solution on the sampling port. The fixed type will make a clicking sound. At the same time, if the preservation solution flows into the sampling tube evenly, it means that the cover has been closed. Otherwise, gently open the cap of the sampling tube and inject the preservation solution evenly;

⑤. Turn the DNA Saliva collector upside down and shake it thoroughly. After confirming that the liquid reaches the 4ml mark, the sampling is completed.
